  5. Installing Fine Print
  6. ---------------------
  7. Install Fine Print as you would any other printer driver.  In Windows
  8. 3.1, use the Printers applet in Control Panel; in Windows 95, open the
  9. Printers folder and double-click "Add Printer."  For detailed
  10. instructions, just double-click the file SETUP.HLP in this directory.

  13. Fine Print Description
  14. ----------------------
  15. Fine Print, our first product, is a printer driver that works with
  16. Windows 3.1x or Windows 95.  With it, you can print documents that
  17. have multiple pages on fewer sheets by printing one, two, four, or
  18. eight pages on one sheet of paper, while maintaining a high degree of
  19. legibility.  The Stationery option allows you to define a header,
  20. footer, page number, and a watermark that is underprinted on a page at
  21. a 45-degree angle, and you can set up multiple stationery formats.
  22. Fine Print supports all the standard Windows options like fonts,
  23. graphics, and so on, and is a great way to save paper, particularly
  24. on draft printouts.

  80. Registration
  81. ------------
  82. Fine Print is shareware, which means that you are expected to pay for
  83. it if you decide to use it.

  85. Registering with us entitles you to receive all future upgrades to
  86. Fine Print for a single platform.  A version for a different platform
  87. (e.g. Windows NT) will require a separate registration fee.  The
  88. registration mechanism we use allows payment with checks, credit card,
  89. and electronic payment.  The registration fee is $20.  When payment is
  90. received, you will receive a registration key which you then enter into
  91. Fine Print.  Once you have entered your key, two things will happen:
  92.  
  93. 1.  The "unregistered" message printed on each page will be removed.
  94. 2.  The 10 page limit will be removed.
